Licence

A subscription lets you use SahelFlow on the devices covered by your licence for its full term. The free trial is once per device.

Payment and renewal

Subscriptions are paid by BaridiMob or CCP and activated once payment is verified. When a subscription ends, your data stays preserved on your PC.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your customers' data and for your use of WhatsApp, couriers and connected platforms under their terms. WhatsApp is a third-party service whose terms may change.

Backups

We recommend turning on backups. Your data lives on your PC; protecting it from loss is a shared responsibility.

Support

Support is provided over WhatsApp and email on working days.

Limitation of liability

SahelFlow is provided as a commerce management tool. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party service outages.
