SahelFlow is a desktop application for managing cash-on-delivery commerce. Contact: contact@sahelflow.com.

Where your data lives

Your shop's data (orders, customers, conversations, stock) is stored in a database on your PC, encrypted on disk. We do not hold a copy and cannot access it.

What we process

For activation and the trial we only process a technical device identifier and your licence status, to prevent trial reuse and verify your subscription. We do not collect your shop's content.

Services you choose to connect

When you connect WhatsApp, a courier, a commerce platform or AI, the necessary data goes directly from your PC to that service under its own terms. You can disconnect it at any time.

Your online store

If you publish a store through SahelFlow, its pages are hosted and the details your customers enter to order are received there, then transferred to your PC.

Your rights

You can export or erase your data from the app's settings at any time. For any personal-data request, contact us; we respond in line with Algerian Law 18-07 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data.
